Apart from giving you the chills by just looking at them, sportscars are also manufactured to give you chills when you drive them. Whether you want to buy one of these beauts or just like admiring their sheer power and allure, you’ll love going through our list. Are you ready to get your engines revved up? Let’s go!
1. Porsche 911 Carrera
The 911 Carrera makes it to the top of our list thanks to the unquestionable improvement in the model. Imagine the very first generation 911’s but only much more superior and advanced. With the turbocharged engine, you’ll be in sportscar heaven!
2. Jaguar F-Type
Jaguar keeps impressing. The F-Type has the looks and sheer power to get any Jaguar enthusiast drooling. There are however a couple of shortcomings on this model, but it remains one of the best sportscars out there. If it’s a great machine with sexual allure you are after, the F-Type can bring it to the table.
3. Lotus Evora
As far as handling and steering goes – the new Lotus Evora will take your breath away. This is one of those supercars that can be pushed to the max and then some. We’d highly recommend adding one of these babies to your collection if handling and steering is top-priority to you.
4. Chevrolet Corvette Stingray
And for the Chev-fans out there, you’ll be pleased to know that the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray also features on our list. And what’s not to like? Hubba hubba! Rear wheel drive, a manual gearbox, and that traditional growl of the engine we’ve all come to know and love about the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray.
5. Alfa Romeo 4C
If you are an Alfa Romeo fan, you’ll love the 4C. It certainly is not the type of car you want to take to the racetrack and, we found it to be more suitable for driving in the suburbs. But, the design is to die for, and if you are an Alfa man, you’re not going to have a problem with the Alfa Romeo 4C.
